Bomb used to be 45 seconds in CS: GO. And I think pros used 35. Then they changed it all to 40.

1:32 The reason you take more damage on a fall for that height is because you move faster on higher tick rates. You can see evidence of this on surf maps when you adjust from 64 to 85.3 and then to 102.4, on some maps that have long jumps it will be easier with the higher tick rate. Spray patterns are different between tick rates for this same reason as are the utility lineups.

Fun fact: Quick switch reloading can be done risk free, if you can keep the ammo counter in your vision, when it shows max bullets then you can quick switch. This also cuts the sound of the reload for others, including enemies.

you dont land silent when pressing "s"... the "s" press is just to cancel movement speed. The fact that you dont make a landing noise on stairs is, because the landing platform is higher than the platform you jump off. if you fall less than a jump´s height, you dont make landing noise.

The 45 bomb explosion thing isnt a mistake,OG players (like me) will know that the bomb used to take 45 seconds instead of 40 Edit: our old bad pc broke down so we didnt get to experience the 35 seconds update but i was very surprised when i saw it at 40 seconds (we bought a beast pc in February 1st this year and csgo was one of our first games)

no it doesn't, but when you reload it always plays the whole sound. so you can reload and quick switch back to your main weapon or pistol it can encourage someone to peek you thinking you are still reloading. i do it with the negev spray lots of bullets save like 30 something because no one counts 150 bullets then pretend to reload and they peek round the corner and just take them out. super general.
