The CDL is clueless. Even in the map removal from veto data they were trying to remove maps the pros didn’t want to play. But failed to see the logic behind why they vetoed them in the first place. Dont mistake ignorance for their ability to actually make good decisions about the game. They can only make informed decisions with input from the pros. Without it they mindlessly look at data and take out a good comp map. And anyone with an IQ over 60 should know that’s not helpful.

You want all the maps to be as competitively viable as possible. In doing so it’s more likely we would see a more uniform distribution of maps being played throughout the course of the year. I think its kinda interesting....Optic looked high-mid/low-high tier in MW2, then top 3 in MW3. Now in BO6, Optic look great again...and almost no different with Huke compared to Pred, granted from a pretty small sample size. That means that either A) Karma has had a MASSIVE impact or B) Kenny is one of the most important players on Optic. I guess it could also just be the game, but its interesting that Kenny has been the consistent factor here since they started looking elite again

They made the correct choice of taking Rewind out. It was a terrible map. Haci plays really well on every mode except control. It’s just too fucking big for that mode. What they NEED to do is get rid of the PP-919 in ranked. No one should have double the bullets of everyone else. Either get rid of the 919 or give the ARs 45 round mags back.

It’s more of what they did isn’t helpful. Taking it out and replacing it is just gonna make another map rarely seen. Not only because of veto strategy but because the map is bad competitively in addition. You would want to make a more competitively sound map pool as a whole so on average you see a more equal showing of maps throughout the year. Taking out a competitive map and leaving ones that aren’t doesn’t help achieve that sort of uniformity.

They don’t understand that a map can not be played for many reasons. If they really wanted to have more maps being played they would change the veto rules. Seeing three games of Vault in a row is a bit insane to me. Adding Haci might split that up but what if it becomes that we now mainly just see Haci and Vault each series and even less of the other maps than before?

I get the feeling you just don’t like that he’s hot and cold and you just want others to shit on him the way you want to.

The WORST* hp map and many pros hated it. They mainly wanted it to stay in SND. Front burger hill is a crime against humanity. Thank God it's gone.
