SBMM overrides ranks. Your lifetime stats control who you play against. If you're a .5kd pub player, you play against other .5kd players in ranked. There are .5kd pub players who are iridescent. Multiple videos have shown this.

Nate shot I can 100% tell you if you were on land it be a little bit different. The fact that he has 70 pinging and you had 6 ping there was insane latency watching it back the player was consistently getting a four shot kill no matter what you were shooting more rounds into the player than he was. This is a server side problem and it has been ever since modern call of duty. They have not fixed this BS so you’re not up that was unfair considering there’s latency errors and a lot of high players love to abuse them, they abuse them that’s why they top 250 and most of them are hackers
