Nade, some advice from someone who has worked in the apparel industry for 6+ years. Never promise delays will never happen again. When you are outsourcing production, and in your case warehousing and ops there are so many situations that are out of your control. You might be doing all you and your team personally can do, but that doesn't eliminate the possibility that the factory in Taiwan won't have a shortage of materials, or the boat might get delayed at port. Please take this as advice and just say that you'll do the best you can to avoid delays. Customers appreciate honesty and you should never promise something you 100% can't keep. Looking forward to seeing more 100 Theives merch, keep up the good work.
