I cooked a Christmas turkey upside down by accident, many years ago. It was only when I went to put the skewer in to check the meat and realising there wasn’t much breast meat on the top 😳, that I realised what I’d done. Best mistake ever as the turkey breast was so moist. Have always cooked it that way ever since!

Can't believe the amount of people that can't cook ? Just an observation ie the turkey ( if not know ask or check that the giblets may be tucked inside the bird ) before cooking
