hello po, sana masagot pa rin to kahit 2yrs ago na yung vid. 1st yr bsnd po ako. i heard na mababa starting salary ng nutritionist/dietitian sa pilipinas kahit licensed. do u have any idea ano range ng salary ng dietitian sa pilipinas? also, are RNDs in demand? i don't see any job posts regarding rnd kasi. is it better to work abroad as an rnd? sorry po andaming tanong haha, nagooverthink kasi ako baka di ko rin magamit yung course ko. though i'm into foods and cooking kaya ko kinuha tong course na to.

Hi po, madami dami din naman po kumukuha ng BSND sa UST hindi lang kasing dami ng mga quota course na iba and sa work naman po based po sa mga experience ng prof ko po na shineshare nila saamin hindi namna po sila nahirapan mag apply due to in demand po mga RND

Hi po, tips ko lang is enjoyin mo yung magiging journey mo sa BSND, mas mabuti nang mag advance read para ready, ready mo na din utak mo for computation, and keep all the ppts or notes that you will have cause makakatulong siya hanggang gumraduate at mag boards ka 😊😊 when it comes to pwede iadvance na pagaralan, you could start reading on nutritional biochemistry, anatomy and physiology, and basic foods 😊😊 ihave a detailed breakdown ng mga topics na diniscuss saamin nung first year on my etsy shop: ProcrastiNotesPH 😊😊

Hi po usually mga science subjects gaya ng anaphysio at biochem sa first year lang yan pag dating ng second year more on nutrition subjects na siya and hindi po siya gaano iikot sa mga science cause ang focus sa BSND is of course yung nutrition side kailangan lang may background knowledge sa mga science subjects na yan for us to have a more understanding bakit ganun nangyayari sa loob ng katawan natin 😊✨

Helloooo po please notice my comment ask ko lang po kasi gustong gusto ko po talaga kunin yung course na bsnd(1st year college pa lang niyan po ako this august 1week from now bago po start ng classes) pero I ended up in bs food technology since po sa school po na pinag enrollan ko po ngayon is a public uni with no tuition free lang yun din po yung gustong school ng parents ko para sakin but the problem wala po silang bsnd so foo tech nalang po kinuha ko....tanong ko lang po if pagkatapos po ng first sem puwede po ba mag shift ng course into bsnd pero sa other school po since wala po sa school na napag enrollan ko po ngayon and pag nag shift po ako sa second sem kailangan ko pa po ba iistudy yung subjects and lessons ng first sem ng bsnd since second sem po ako nag shift? Baka po kasi ma encourage ko pa po sila mama na pag-aralin ako sa ibang school kahit medj magiging mahirap interms of tuition gusto ko po kasing mag work as a clinical nutritionist or dietician in the future dream ko po kasi mag work sa clinic and hospital if ever man po.....kaya po if ever masagot po itong tanong sobrang thank you po💖

Hi po, possible po na mag shift ka after ng sem sa bsnd…. And yes yung mga courses sa first sem ng bsnd need mo itake so parang nag back to zero ka unless macredit yung mga minors mo sa food tech kapag macredit yun sa other school less load ka pero kung hindi para ka ngang nag back to zero like first year first sem ka ulit since iba subjects ng food tech sa bsnd ☺️

hi@aehv, ako din gusto ko bsnd kaso iba yung name ng course sa state uni din ako. BS home technology Major in Food and Nutrition pat ang mga subjects ko ay nka align sa bsnd course. Sabi ng teacher ko na pwede kami magtake ng board as RND. Yun lng ang issue iba yung name ng course ko pero Okay na rin kesa magshift pa ako sayang yung time.

Hi po, ang BSND is more of cooking and studying the science behind cooking, diet computation, meal planning, may basic accounting din, you also learn how to assess patients or clients nutritional status, formulate nutrition diagnosis, plan a nutrition intervention, and plan nutrition monitoring and evaluation, learn different diseases and their medical nutrition management, matututunan mo din yung mga ibat ibang klase ng diet, at marami pang iba 😊
