I would ask Miftha to explain the following. 1. What have you done to help Pakistan economy vs Nawaz economic growth 2. Reason of GPD growth decline since the important government took over. 3 give me a solid reason for reversing the health card benefit for poor people, shelter program, and food program. 4. I also have many questions to ask Miftah Ismail, I wrote it down while watching the podcast. The second point you mentioned is also one of the questions I wrote down to ask him or any minster of his party (when I will start my own podcast on KZbin). Many questions are not answered by them in any podcast or maybe no one is asking them, no anchor, no podcaster. These questions are going under the carpet un-noticeably. These questions are very serious and are getting more serious day after day.

Mashaa Allah. Business valuation itna complicated topic ha jiski band baja d ha sir ne. Bhai businesses are not sold only based on equity rather their ability to generate revenues in future periods. Free cash flows, DCF all these things. PIA staff cost is the main determinant of profitability. If staff cost is controlled, we can reasonably expect PIA to generate profits. Privatisation honi chahye mgr itna b shughal na lagao k muft ki b koi ni khareedy ga.

@@HishamNajam businesses are not bought or sold entirely based on their current condition, rather their ability to generate revenues. Etisalat bought 26% of PTCL and took management charge from the government. However PTCL had losses and huge liabilities.

Don't you think it has huge ability to generate revenues and become cash positive if proper management takes charge which is outside of the government owned entities and employees are retained based on performance rather then their political affiliations?

@@the_uzair I highly doubt it. Running an Airline is a very sensitive and risky business. New Admin will have to re-structure the whole airline, retire old staff, give golden hand shakes to employees and order more planes to get this business going. Plus the threat of Pilot Unions etc, will make managing things a hell. Govt can try and get bids for PIA so they can see if there is any interest of investors. But before that, they have to fight the employees who will create a havoc about privatization. PTCL deal hasn't been paid off yet. Etisalat is still holding $800m since last 16 years, due to issues with Govt over PTCL properties. So, PTCL although has improved a lot, is not the same as PIA.
