I just love this woman and admire her enthusiasm and creativity. She was one of my favorite contestants on the Great British Baking Show and I rooted for her to win--and she did! I'm excited for her to have her own series and I've taken a number of her ideas and run with them. My only complaint about the show is not close captioning the measurements for Americans. What can I say; we Americans missed the metric boat during the Carter administration.

Nadiya, I’m drooling! I have to try these brownies! I’ll be making them in about a month when my “auxiliary refrigerator” is to temp (the garage). Minnesota winters can be a pain in the butt, but having a two-car refrigerator/freezer for 5 months comes in handy.

250 dark chocolate 250 butter Melt lowest heat 280g brown sugar 4 eggs Beat both triple in size Add chocolate mixture 120g plain flour 30g cocoa powder Coffee Pinch of salt Quick mix Tsp of flour on chocolate chips and add in batter 180c for 20 min Chill 450g dulche 200g toasted hazelnuts Spread and chill for half hr 300g cream cheese 2 eggs 100g of caster sugar Orange zest Almond extract Tbsp of flour Whisk Pour on top of brownie Oven 30min Chill overnight Dust cocoa
