Salam . My Mother died in 2002 .she didn't get CNIC when I grew up I Got a death certificate from Union council in 2015 . Now I Don't Have my Mother record except her Death Certificate. Can I get FRC certificate without mother record? Or not ?

My application is submitted and still in process.i did not get payment option yet is there any issue or something else. And my brother is in sudia Arab needs FCR for passport renewal embassy demand him frc with father name. Now i should apply Frc with father name or wait for my own I'm confused

@@naturestale676 no its normal after submitting frc application its take some time to show payment option bcs after submitting application Nadra review ur application if everything is ok then u will get payment option in ur tracking id then pay and get Frc pdf file
