에스콰이어 커버 촬영 현장에서 만난 제이홉은 생기 넘쳤습니다. 아침부터 늦은 밤까지 촬영이 이어졌고, 멋진 사진을 얻기 위해 체조 선수처럼 몸을 비틀고 그런 채로 한동안 멈춰 있어야 하는 고된 현장에서도 웃었습니다. 어쩌다 씨~익 미소 지은 게 아니라 정말이지 시종일관 웃음을 입과 눈과 귀에 걸고 흥얼거렸습니다. 즐거움을 짊어진 사람처럼 보였습니다. '이웃집 동생 같은 슈퍼스타 상' 같은 게 있다면 그가 대상일 겁니다.
J-Hope we met on the photo shooting set of the cover of Esquire was very energetic. The shooting took all day long. Even when he had to make so many different postures just like a gymnast for better results, he kept a smile on his face all the time. That wasn’t just a fake smile. That was genuine. He seems like a man living in the very moment. If there is an award for ‘Friendly neighborhood superstar’, he will win it.

That’s why we decided to make a behind-the-scenes video. I wanted to show that charismatic J-Hope in front of the camera and child-like energetic J-Hope are the same.
