Babi Hong - Khewnyuk Khas Bangka | Samcannya Lembut Banget | Steamed Pork Belly With Pickled Mustard Greens
Bahan:
1 kg samcan
800 gram Sawi asin basah
200 gram Bawang merah
100 gram bawang putih
50 gram Gula merah
25 gram kencur
1 sdt Bumbu hong
2 sdm Taoco tanpa airnya
3 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm Kaldu jamur
1 sdt Lada putih
Bumbu marinasi samcan:
2 sdm kecap asin merk hati angsa

Ingredients
1 kilograms of pork belly
800 grams pickled mustard greens
200 grams shallots
100 grams garlic
50 grams brown sugar
25 grams sand ginger
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp fermented soy beans
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mushroom bouillon
1 tsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp light soy sauce

Iya namanya Steam khew nyuk sawi asin atw sawi kering..... hmmm wangi dan enak rasanya... saat muda.. saya suka.. namun skrg udah 70 thn up. Sudah gk berani mkn masakan ini..... namun rasanya msh inget...

Maaf sebelum nya, ini bukan babi hong tapi Tun Khew Nyuk. Cuma kl di resto angk* sebutnya babi hong. Tp kalo diBangka sebutnya Tun Khew Nyuk. Sukses terus ya...😍

too complicated but taste soooo good . Mom used to make this when I was younger during Chinese new year ... "sin mung" as we say in Bangka dialect

Mank khas bangka bgini y? Koq sy prnh dimasakin sm org asli bangka khew nyuk tp rasanya sm ky khew nyuk khek/haka pd umumnya yg qt knl & prnh mkn (ky di resto² bsr chinese food jg)...ktnya itu khas bangka 🤔
