Anna is seriously an amazing parent you can just see how emotionally mature these children are at literally such a young age its so crazy. i remember watching naeun and gunhoo a while ago and I haven't watched tros since recently and there is seriously such a huge difference in how mature they are now. There were so many times they could have blown up at jinwoo bc of frustration in this video but u can see them holding back.

Yeah me too cuz its happened to me before. I have chinese dad and indonesian mom which all of us live in Malaysia. Its took me 5 years to stop babbling and only when I’m 6yo i find a language to speak in (chinese). After 2 years i need to switch my language to totally different one, malaysian language for school. The shook make me dont speak at all for 2 years. After that i start rejecting all the language and only speak in malay for 5 years. Only when I’m 16 i learn english slowly and now i start learning my dad and my mom languages. All the language sound familiar to me yet so foreign. Its like i never find my language cuz i have troubles to explain myself

I'm planning to improve my Chinese so I can talk to my kid in Chinese in the future while my partner can take up the role of English.

@@blueraineee my parents used to mix it up, up to 3/4 languages in one sentence. I dont have trouble to communicate with my parents since I understand everything but i do to others kids cuz i dont even realize the language that i been talking to my parents was mixed language since I was grow up like that and i cant separate the language at all. That takes me couple of years to watch other people speak the right way and socializing with other kids. I recommend you to speak 1 language each so they know how to separate the language better ☺️😊

I have a theory!!! I think that she speaks in mainly english now to help Aciel and Elyseen speak better. I think that having so many languages at once can slow language development, which might be why Aciel doesn’t speak as clearly as some of the other kids his age like Bentley. Plus, Jooho can speak English too. Him and Anna communicate with each other in English. It was hard for Jooho to speak in German, even though he could understand it. People point out how Eden can speak so many languages, but I think it was different with her. In the very first tros episode they appeared in 2018, Anna implied that Eden had only started fluently speaking Korean for a few months. Eden was 3 then. Jooho had been playing in Europe until 2017, and it seems like Anna and Eden lived with him there from their past pictures, so I would assume Eden was speaking primarily German and English until Jooho and fam moved back to Korea to play for Ulsan in 2018. Since then, Eden was quickly able to pick up on the other languages. So I think slowly introducing other languages is what they’re trying to do with Aciel and Elyseen. If you notice, Elyseen can already make out a few simple words pretty clearly. This is just my theory though!! I could be completely wrong. I think Anna probably still speaks German to the kids every now and then, we just wouldn’t know since they don’t show it on camera

@@jaimee2207 It doesn't though. I mean, science progresses quickly so things might be slightly different now, but all I read about child development during my undergrad was pointing to the contrary. Kids do not get confused by languages. From the moment they are 2 months old or so, they can differentiate languages based on the grammar and intonations. My cousin knew 3 languages before going to kindergarten. There are several famous cases of toddlers that show this too, such as a girl in Russia (forgot her name but you might find clips about her on youtube) who could speak seven languages by age 4. It's more about how parents teach them than the number of languages. There needs to be consistency. EDIT. I forgot to say that kids do have different speed of development. The average that doctors tend to follow rigidly is just that, an average. I noticed that Gunhoo struggled a bit more with speech than Bentley (same age) before, but he is catching up. I don't think it had to do with the number of languages spoken at home! Probably has more to do with temperament and environment!
