Thank you for posting this! I have bad exam anxiety that is worsened by hearing the sounds of other people making noise during an exam. My professor recommended that I study in loud areas to desensitize myself, but since my state is in lockdown for COVID I'm stuck at home preparing for my in-person medical school entrance exam. This is very helpful.

I have the same problem! I simulated an exam environment at home, and cried at first because I was so anxious about the clock and not concentrating, but i eventually got used to it! :)
