Hello kuya Jaf 😄, mas less smelly po kung Deepfry sabay sabay na ang luto saka mo kuya takpan. Saka nalang buksan yung takip kung luto na takpan agad pag nakuha na para minsanan ang lutuan para di mangamoy ng matagal. mas mainam kung maliit yung sauce pan para di maaksaya sa oil tas recycle mo nalang tas ilagay sa ref para magamit mo para kung gusto mo gamitin para sa sinangag. Pantanggal crave din yan pag hindi ka basta basta makabili ng dried fish nasa oil na kasi aroma.😊😆

Pro tip brad, wash/soak tuyo/daing in 1cup water with 1/2 cup baking soda for 2 min. tanggal amoy/lansa at magiging crispy pa after you fry it.

Those dried fishes are so expensive here in the Philippines...I usually cook it slightly medium rare to make it a little bit chewy. With vinegar,chili ang crysh garlic😋😋😋 If you cook those in a condominium, your neighborhood might report you to the Police🤣🤣🤣. If that will happen, let them taste it😄😄🇵🇭🇵🇭

Yummy....my American born kids can't stand the smell either. But they like to eat the young belt fish (espada) from La Union, without the head. Also coming from Pangasinan, they like the boneless bangus marinated in cane vinegar, salt, pepper and a lot of crushed garlic. 😋😋🥰
