However, I have observed that some Nagas are adopting practices and attire that are more reflective of Burmese traditions, such as performing cultural dances in longyi, which is not representative of our heritage. In God's will, I believe that one day we will be free and united as one nation. Together, we will build our future under the Kingdom of God. As Nagas, it is our responsibility to showcase and preserve our authentic culture and traditions. Instead of blending them with other customs, we should proudly present our unique heritage to the world. Wearing mixed Burmese attire diminishes the purity and richness of Naga culture, and we must stay true to who we are.
