I think our state should focus on knowledge not on memorising... Since my childhood teacher have teach as to memorising n secured good mark n vomit everything in exam that's the reason we are out of concept n unable to creak such entrance.. Even our near state assam students can't speak clear English but ter concept is very much clear... Knowledge n clear concept is more important mark are just a door for reach a high

overall the whole interview was excellent , the guy performed impressive . I would not dare to question his knowledge and intelligence but one thing that i m unable to digest is that a guy from IIT Kanpur could not answer 'what is stress and strain'. Basic question in engineering .

Wow! Civil engineer who can’t explain stress and strain. And IITian who cannot differentiate between AI and ML. I’m sure he worked hard to crack UPSC but those questions are very basic and high school level.

As per my opinion the mock interview should be conducted with a fixed particular institutions or officials but when it's conducted by various institutions i think the mark distribution may varies some candidates may get good marks even if their performance is not excellent and some candidates may get less marks after giving a phenomenal performance also Just my opinion.
