AFSPA is an act which gives power to Army to shoot at sight. Without any confirmation. Many civilian have been killed due to AFSPA in Northeastern Region. To end insurgency is to provide good job build infrastructures. Thats the only solution. And army should fight and hunt them in their territory. Not in public place. I am from Manipur and i support army to end insurgency without misuse of thier power.
