Why stay idle? When you are YOUNG.. With first class degree paper at hand. Employment is everywhere.. I repeat..Employment is everywhere. Nagaland educated degree holder youths should focus more on large scale farming. Agriculture Farming is a vast profession and industry which needs to be tapped, as it is the backbone of any country or state inorder to progress. When farmers or farming progress everyone progress together. Eg: imagine a food on the table without a farmer. Even an IAS officer eats twice a day inorder to fill his stomach to keep him fit and Fine. Ponder it.

I use to distribute newspaper in colony every morning when i was studying bsc.so when i graduated i ask our Naga youth brothers to replace me and ask most of youth to carry the partime job as it took only one hour in early morning.but to my surprise the reply i got was" sorom khai newspaper kam tu".itu opor ki koidibo

Everyone talking about consistency , hard work , back door closed but the reality is we dnt actually have the opportunity and thats the truth , not everyone is so desperate about government Jobs , we all are responsible and the dead lock is the zero employment opportunity in other sector and non presence of private sector due to the constitutional thing which we all know , unless we open the way to free uninterrupted development and industrialisation , employment crisis will ever become a bigger issue in the next decade…im feeling quite sorry for those lucky one who got the opportunity to work in private sector yet their salaries after working for the last 10 years have only been 10 k and freshers its 5 k , think….!!!

Moreover, moving forward witht the advancements till today we have Zero Medical College, Engineering of various departments leaving NIT aside! Where our thousands of youths are studying outside.. instead we can set em up in our land " Yet no one comes in front to talk of those things" " Also setting up private companies and stuffs? Present Naga youth are very lazy now. Most of the youth have mere ordinary pass qualification without any extra skill deploma. Most of the youth looking for white colour jobs only. Miya class 2 pass can run any business establishments but our Naga graduate or MA pass can not. We are coward and lack dedication. Before criticising govt, our Naga youth need to rethink ourselves... what quality you have.... Nagaland has the highest percentage of employees state in India. We have employed more than the requirement. That is why huge amount of state budget goes to employees salaries resulting less development.
