Those girl who got married at the age of 17 - 19, they become so matured within a year due to the family responsibility. Not only in nagaland, do a research on slum areas of mainland, those very young kids who don't have their parents are taken care of their siblings at the age of 15 - 16..... And that is when we call maturity when they are responsible of what they have to..... Unlike those youth even at the age of 25 n so.. who still depends on their parents for their pocket money.
