Some of our naga brothers get scammed easily in terms of vehicle buying. I am able to say it coz I stayed in Delhi and sold my 3 bikes and they never check docs and don't know the documentation system. They don't even know that they need residential proof like rent agreement to do name transfer. If I asked them they instead asked me why to make a resident proof if this is not my permanent residence 😂😂
