Super flavourful Nagarjuna Style Veg Biryani 😍❤️. Save the reel to try it later. 1. Wash and Soak 2 cups biryani rice for 30mins. 2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add 2 bay leaves, 2 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon, javitri, 2 green cardamom, 1 tsp cumin seeds. Cook for a min and add paste of 2 onions and cook for 2 mins. Add 2tbsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and cook for 2 mins. 3. Add 2 potatoes, 1/4 cup green peas, 1 carrot, 1/4 cup beans , 3 green chilli, handful mint and coriander leaves. Mix well. 4. Add salt , 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp Kasuri Methi and cook for 3-4 mins. Add 2 tomatoes and mix. Add 1/2 cup whisked curd and mix well. Cook for 3-4mins. 5. Pour 1 cup fresh coconut milk, 2 cups water and let it boil. Add soaked biryani rice and gently mix. Pressure cook for 2 whistles on high and let it rest for 15mins. Serve with raita and enjoy!
