Naga army never use underground it is India who try to call Naga army as insurgents and underground but unfortunately Naga deviated from the main root NNC and formed many faction s and try to demand autonomy whereas NNC FGN never negotiate autonomy but sovereignty, for them, Naga was not part of India therefore Naga has every right to be sovereign nation but India was able to create faction, and deviated from NNC
