Try Meliodas assault mode, red melascula commandment, green monspeet and red zeldris in the sub in a mirror match so if your opponent attacks monspeet ( this will activate meliodas passive) and if he doesn't attack melascula will ignite all the team and monspeet will do big damage

You don't need to do 500 thousand damage to kill a character. meliodas with blue drole is good for a showcase they just need to hit meli to supercharge him

it depends on which characters you have pumped better. I have for example this commandments and demons mostly. that's why Meliodas is better for me and people like me. in other cases, Escanor is better. if you have all pumped, tto I would advise you to skip the archangels and try to save up for both. since they are the best attacking characters of their classes.
