Because nagi has lost his motivation. After he beat isagi, nagi had no more drive to play further. Furthermore, reo immediately joined nagi so there goes another motivation. That's why agi says that they should separate themselves. And I understand it because it feels real. It's like a writer suddenly hits the block and can't come up with new ideas. Give him some time, nagi will come back when he finds a new motivation. That is nagi's only shortcoming which is that he is always unmotivated from the start.
