For the “live or die” part I think it’s a nice detail to put Makoto as living and Junko as not. Number one Makoto literally lived and Junko didn’t. Number two since Nagito is like hella obsessed with Makoto, plus he’s ultimately hope and luck etc etc, he would live. Junko on the other hand would not live since he hates her bc she’s the ultimate despair, yk, so she would die. Plus you could also see it’s as live = hope and die (dying) = despair. Because, idk how to explain but I hope you know what I mean. There’s multiple ways to see it but it’s overall such a great detail oml lol Edit: it could also mean Makoto would want you to live and yk, but Junko would like you to die, there’s many ways you could think of it but it’s GENIUS UGHHHHH
