Late response here. I doubt it, Mattias Grahn left the band in 2011. I think they have 2 different session.drummers on hand for live concerts, probably one of those. If anyone want to correct me, please do :)

Just stumbled across this video. For live shows they have Efraim Juntunen on drums and Alex Friberg on bass. Both of them played in the band Persuader, and Alex is still active in a band called Mefisto. Neither of them are full time members of Naglfar.
