Yummy chicken curry! He was eating it with gusto. Love aboji's house graced with beautiful flowers, roses, hydrangeas, red carnations. Not to sound condescending, but I agree on some of the comments that the child should be on his child seat, no matter how careful we are, it's the other drivers that we have to worry. When my daughter was only 3 yo, we were sitting on a traffic light when we got rear ended so hard by a reckless driver who was texting, thankfully my child was on a child car seat and left unscathed. It would have been worst if she wasn't restrained. Accident happens in split second.

Skl din yun pagluto ko una piniprito ko muna yung patatas and carrots para siguradong malambot at hindi madali mapanis ang curry. Next set aside, mag gigisa unahin luya sunod bawang or sibuyas basta tatlo sila kapag nagisa na saka i sasangkutsa ang manok hanggang sa medyo mag brown na. Then add the curry powder tapos mix then gata tapos water. Pakuluin at ilagay ang piniritong patatas at carrots isabay na din ang bell pepper. Patis and pepper to taste. Pwede din lagyan ng sili 2 to 3 optional. Try mo sis!

People who loves flowers has gentle souls. For the curry, suggestion ko lang is after ng bawang at sibuyas, lagyan mo din ng luyang dilaw or luya lang. Tapos saute mo din ang patatas at carrots para di madaling masira saka para mas madali sila maluto. All in all, nakakagutom ang niluto mo. Sa ganitong oras, 2:35am sa Pinas, nakakapagsisi na napanood ko ito. 😂
