Retired Cook who grew up in the "Biz" ... LOVE to see you using S&P on fried eggs- or at least offering... Wondered why I have seen you always you on omelets and scrambled but not fried, and why don't you ask right away on Fried egg orders how they want cooked sunny side up, over easy, over hard... Your "bacon" is HAM where I come from, but I won't hold that against you. Do you work in a cafeteria/office building setting? Does everyone pay... or do some get free? Seems like the guys in neon vests get unusually large portions?? Very interesting content which shows the monotony of having to serve essentially the same menu every day. You are a CLEAN WORKING cook who demonstrates consistent care and diligence for producing quality product on a limited scale operation... Hope your employer appreciates, though I wonder if your food cost % equates to total sales. OLD cook from NH.

We do have "American" style bacon made from pork belly over here, we refer to it as streaky bacon. The most common kind is the one in the video which is called back bacon which is made from the pork loin, more meaty than streaky bacon.

Thanks, I pretty much serve the same people every day, I've learned what and how they like over time, which is why I don't really ask. Back bacon seems to be the choice here, streaky bacon is also popular tho, but not for breakfast. The customers do pay. I'm glad you enjoy the content 👌😀👍

I’m in america and they teach us that you should wash your knife and cutting board between cutting different fruits and vegetables. They even make you use colored cutting boards so you know which are meant for meat and which are meant for veggies, fruit, and other ready to eat items. Maybe health code is different where you’re from
