I'm not sure if it was explained but "takodachi" is also a pun. It's based on the words for friend (tomodachi) and octopus (tako). Ina really grew on me over time and her streams are so chill and soothing that sometimes I'll watch them when I'm feeling particularly anxious or nervous and it helps a lot. She's wonderful.

I love this video, Nagzz. By the way, at 34:14 when Nagzz says "I suki you" the reason why Fan laughs so hard its because when Nagzz said it that way it means "I I love you you" in English. I fell into the rabbit hole during a particularly dark and stressful time of my life when a family member I'm close to was diagnosed with cancer (they're in remission now, thankfully), my job was going absolutely terrible and I was afraid of losing it every day, all that on top of very strict lockdowns stretching on for months. I honestly am not sure how I would've got through those times if I hadn't stumbled onto Ina. Her streams are so consistently chill and full of good vibes that tuning into one really made it feel like all my worries melted away for a couple hours and I could stop feeling sad and worried for a while. I love all the HoloEN girls, but Ina's streams really meant something special to me. She's a bit harder to clip and highlight than other streamers because she's so mellow and chill, it's more of a general atmosphere than standout great moments the way lots of VTubers have. I really can't recommend tuning in for a stream or two enough.

In Japanese replacing a syllable (Japanese letters represent whole syllables) with a similar one can create the image of childish speech. Suki is "love" and if used on its own has the same feel as saying "love you" to a friend or partner. Very casual. If you wanted to say it more formally you'd say something like Watashi wa anata ga suki (I | connecting particle | you | connecting particle | love). While this format doesn't need an ending desu (it is), you can add one which has the sense of it being more emphatic. You can even swap out Suki for Daisuki which means "big love". If using Daisuke you could go "Daisuke daioh" which is similar to just say "suki". It is very informal, but does imply stronger feelings. For this reason suki is often translated as "like" and "daisuke" as love. THEN there is also Ai which also means love. But it's very much strong romantic love. Aishiteru is the big Japanese phrase for that which doesn't translate as easily but also means "I love you". My favorite form of saying I love you in Japanese is "Ai daioh". It is uncommon and very emphatic to the point of carrying similar weight as to rudely yelling it. So all of this to say "Shuki" is a childish way of saying "love you".

If you watch Ina's New Years Greetings Timelapse video on her channel you can see the way she uses Blender (a 3D software tool) to render a bunch of the background elements. I wouldn't be surprised if the same techniques are being used here 38:20. It's seamless and because Blender generates realistic lighting that is used to reference how to light and shadow the 2d drawings. Her ending card eventually got an animated version so in that case I have no idea how she pulled up that magic.

I love Ina the most from Holo EN. Sadly you guys missed alot of clips that makes Ina who she is. She makes a lot of puns and dad jokes. That clip of her "huge ass". Her reactions to video game's stories. She gets emotional easily on those games. Her "Ina of the mountains" wisdom clips. Her "ted talks". There was a clip where she said she wants to be like "Bob Ross" of vtubers where people just watch her stream and just be comfy. Funny enough, that clip came from that stream you watched that you muted. Her character in monster hunter rise is like Bob Ross, but female and dark purple colored hair.
