As a teacher I will say, children's should go to bed at 7/8 pm. Because they need at least ten to twelve hours sleep 🤗 . Archana stop using deshi ghee or butter if you want to loose weight 😉. And for Jeet it's a very bad habit eating in the bed🤨 even after brushing teeth. please don't get me wrong 🙏, Parents are role model for children, they noticed, learn everything from parents.
