Savoy seems cheaper than Belmont but is it safe to walk from Savoy to Terminal 3 through Manila Runway at 2-3AM? Is terminal 3 open to the public? Does every entrance check for boarding pass before you can enter? Thanks for the video. Very nice.

hi Peter. all terminals are open 24 hours. there’s a gate located at the far end for non passengers who want to enter terminal 3 where you’re not required to show a plane ticket. you can also enter terminal 3 through the Manila runway without showing plane ticket. there’s security/baggage xray at the Manila runway footbridge. it’s safe.
