sir, I'm sorry but that is the departure area of Terminal 1. May be you entered the departure area of Terminal 1. Terminal 1 looks new sir because it was renovated last year. I mean the level 3 of terminal 2 po pala ang hinde nyo po napakita Kasi po pumasok po kayo sa Departure ng Terminal 1. The ceiling of the departure area of Terminal 2 sir is made of wood. You may check it on KZbin.

Thanks for this: 2 weeks ago, I also took the same flight from Manila to Cebu. The issue? On arrival in Cebu, it was not immediately obvious, and I had to inquire, that domestic flight departures were operating out of the domestic terminal....since I was connecting to Camiguin....there were almost no signs on how to get there...the long route took me through a series of tunnels and backs of buidlings,,,, I thought I was going to get lost but continued on....and finally arrived on the side of the domestic terminal. I understand that this is a temporary situation, however Mactan-Cebu Airport authorities need to make more effort to inform passengers.

@@amilbuhay161 Of course NAIA have more passengers since it's the representative airport in the Philippines. It has more international flights compared to MCIA since most of the foreign people arriving from another country will land in the capital. However, MCIA is still so much better than NAIA in different aspects. It even bagged awards from international. Go do your research first before you spew rubbish.

Help me please. I am coming to Cebu via Sydney to Manila to Cebu. After I land at Manila Airport that I have to collect bag, clear immigration then run to Terminal 2 from Terminal 3....i only have 2.25 hrs gap? Once you land at Terminal 3 then how long it can take to board T2 plane to Cebu

Going to T2 from T3 is not a problem. It's just 10-20 minutes apart depending on traffic. You should be more concerned on the flight delays and plane traffic. That could delay you more. Also you should be at the T2 45 minutes before your departure time to Cebu. Any less than that then the gates may be closed already.

@@TourFromHomeTV thx and that's the problem. My original flight was arrive at Manila T3.... Wait for 4. 50 hrs and board Cebu plane from T2. Pal has changed my flight and preponed it and now I only have 2.25 hrs gap. Could you pls tell me? If I am not wrong.

Hi po, My family is traveling from Manila to Cebu on March 24 (arriving at Mactan-Cebu airport and then staying at an airbnb villa in Obong, Dalaguete). I'm having a hard time finding the actual travel requirements. Do our unvaccinated children (ages 1 and 5) need a covid or swab test? Do we have to stay in an approved hotel or can we stay at the airbnb we booked? Thanks for your help!

No need for any vaccination cards or any swab tests for children. In fact, we weren't even asked for our vaccination cards even if we're adults. Cebu is very lenient with their travel requirements. You can stay at any hotels or Airbnbs. They need paying customers.

I don't understand why domestic passengers disembark in Terminal 2 & do a long walk toward Terminal 1 ? Why don't they go back to the old way were Terminal 1 is for domestic & Terminal 2 for International passengers both arrival & departing.

Cebu airport utilizes its Terminal 2 arrival area solely for immigration and international arrival processess that's why domestic arrivals still use terminal 1 for local or domestic arrivals. Temporary lang ang pag transfer ng domestic departures sa cebu terminal 02 dahil inaayos nila ang terminal one departure area dahil nasira after typhoon odette.

Cebu Int'l is nice little airport, but NAIA is honestly the worst airport I have ever been in. This is very recent experience (2 weeks ago). Much of this is due to the airport itself and the fact that no one has a clue what is going on, but also PAL. I've never seen an airline stand up (temporarily) an entire security checkpoint at the gate (just before boarding) to simply repeat everything the airport has already done several times. So many employees present, yet no one has a clue what is going on. Just my experience in T2, maybe it's amazing in other terminals.
