It’s crazy how this Irish players are allowed to infringe at the breakdown by being offside, playing the ball in the ruck after making the tackle and not rolling west to east instead of north to south Idk it’s either the rules have changed or the refs embarrassingly don’t know the rules

Amazing defense. Also more importantly the Bulls never gave away a penalty in the lastc15-20 minutes. Leinster and Ireland thrive on penalties to set up their attacks close to the try line.

Seems like the Irish like to leave things to the last moment and then be forced to play catch up throwing the ball around making inches of ground at a time - only to drop the ball or have it turned over. Bulls defence forced them though.

Some salty comments here. Are we forgetting the refs two worst calls were (a) no red for the JGP clear out and (b) he tried to award a try to the bulls when they just took out byrne right in front of him and he ignored it 🤣 Im all for calling out crap performances, whats ridiculous is the conspiracy theory nutjob stuff where SA fans think its all against them. He was just bad. But the better team on the day still won.
