Veer singh was acting of having DID all along. Just as the movie title suggest, Veer used his ex gf Chaaru's character to hide his true color color of himself as Veer just like how nail polish hides the true color of the nail. There was the ultimate reveal at the end when the case was dismissed and Veer started playing with the ball and with manly gaze in his eyes.

All these moments from 1:23:50-1:24:00 only ten seconds

The name "nail polish" is aptly chosen as it is a colorful coat given to hide the true color of the nails..in this story Veer did not hv DID....he used DID as nail polish to hide his character's true colors... What I think is he often used Kids to manipulate some politicians to show their wrongs doings (may be by recording the acts) and consider these kids as pawns who if sacrificed.. Will not affect him or his line of duty....( Might b as a kid.. he himself saw wrongs that he ws used to and consider it as normal) .... He was heard telling clearly to the Charu" cos of u the main culprit was escorted free"... Amazingly least bothered abt t he kids bt more focused on the culprit politician (as per this story). But as the saying goes.. "Using more wrong to prove someone's wrong doesn't prove you right either"... This is something Veer never understood to save his line of duty... He was not a DID patient but a psycho of a different level ..!!!!

Convincing explaination. You've given merit to the in-depth understandings to the plots/twists along with the character details of the movie while i was wondering what I watched for two hours. However, what I assume is Veer Singh is just a pawn for all the dramas that are scripted and played by defense (Arjun Rampal is already sold to the promise of a seat) in the courtroom to disguise the main culprit(Judge I guess). This is what I observed.

First of all on the beginning of the movie the narrator said you've to give attention on the each thing of the story carefully... And after that there are 2 possibilities... 1. A person told arjun rampal that you've to win this case in any how condition so u can get a rajya sabha seat... So maybe Arjun and Veer both were doing drama only for winning the Case. 2. If veer has multiple personality disorder then that business man who was caught by police maybe his personality was into the Veer while he was killing those children.
