Awesome. Thank you for explaining about wire size while bending the wire for the bail. That makes perfect sense. I've gorgeous a rose bead made with rose quartz and some chips to make this. I will use stainless steel wire on it.

As an artist you are 100% correct. (About the way things go one day to the next). So much so that I Fear even making a video at this time. Gorgeous wire work. Great tutorial, thanks. For making lots of these, what about a flat piece of square plywood with small nails in place where you want to bend? To make such a template, you could first draw your pattern, tape it to the plywood square, add the strategically-placed nails, then remove the pattern. I'm only imagining this in my mind, so i might be overlooking something

on the hammering, you can also use a cloth on the hammerhead or a nylon head hammer, as well as on the anvil to keep it looking smoother
