These anchors shape up people’s opinion based on the direction set by their media house owners, who are obviously influenced by the favours they get from govt, one way or another. Most of them have got University charters approved from provincial or National Assembly. Is it really that easy to earn millions of Rs by hardworking? i will elaborate it a bit. in 1979 Afghanistan had a communist Government, and Pakistan supported Mujaheen Against the Communist Govt ( watch interview of Gen. Hammed Gul, read book written by Gen. Durani) in 1992 Mujahedn captured Afghanistan but Pakistan formed and supported the Taliban against the Mujahideen Govt. (watch interview of Karnal Imam) in 1996 Taliban took over Afghanistan but Pakistan became an ally of the US and handed over 1000s of Taliban including their diplomate to the US. ( read a book written by Perviz Musharaf) In 2002, a democratic Government was formed in Afghanistan but Pakistan provided shelter and support to the Taliban and Haqqani network, they carried out 1000s of succeed attacks in Afghanistan, and many people lost their loved ones. In 2021, the Taliban took over Afghanistan, now Pakistan govt is blaming them for supporting TTP and has had several border clashes. Pakistan carried out 5 attacks inside Afghanistan. So tell me what should Afghanistan do?

Also governments can refund part of sales tax depending on income filed. This will encourage more people to file their taxes, making it easier to trace down the flow of money In the system. But I agree, why military personnel is getting such high preferential treatment?

Sales tax will only cause a temporary rise in inflation. Eventually it will subside, because inflation can only be caused by two factors (majorly) - increase in monetary supply and decrease in productivity. Eventually budgets that are balanced will result in much much lower real inflation.

Taxing businesses more sounds good but than Businesses will windup and leave , this is problematic for North America too , if you see Canada has very high taxes but tax on businesses is 15% . There are lots of issues , there is no silver bullet! Thank God , I am not in a position to make decisions. There is no quick solution 😢
