Tijesto:
140 g maslaca
1 jaje
100 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
Naribana limunova korica
1 prašak za pecivo
300 g brašna
- zamijesiti tijesto, podijeliti ga na dijelove cca 60/40%
Veći dio tijesta utisnuti prstima u kalup promjera 30 cm. Podići smjesu i uz stijenke kalupa. Idealan bi bio kalup za tart.
Od ostatka tijesta valjati trakice kojima ćete napraviti 3 koncentrična kruga unutar kalupa. Ostaviti pripremljeno tijesto da miruje u frižideru dok radite kremu.
Krema:
400 ml mlijeka
2 žumanjka
1 vanilin šećer
3 žl gustina
4 žl šećera
20-30 ml limunova soka
- skuhati i prohladiti kremu. U prohladjenu dodati limunov sok, puniti piping vrećicu kremom te istisnuti na tijesto u medjuprostore (pogledaj video recept za cijeli postupak)
Zatim na kremu posložiti voće po izboru (breskve, šljive, marelice, nektarine, jabuke, šumsko voće)
Peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180* 25 min. Bez ventilatora.
Pečen kolač ohladiti, posuti šećerom u prahu i služiti.

Divan je kada je dobro rashladjen, kontrast svježine voća, hladne kreme, te predivnog prhkog tijesta sa maslacem… tako jednostavno a prefino. Podsjeća na bakine kolače a znate koliko to volimo 🥰

Dough:
140 g of butter
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
Grated lemon zest
1 baking powder
300 g of flour
- knead the dough, divide it into parts approx. 60/40%
Press most of the dough with your fingers into a mold with a diameter of 30 cm.
Raise the mixture along the walls of the mold. A tart mold would be ideal.
From the rest of the dough, roll strips with which you will make 3 concentric circles inside the mold. Leave the prepared dough to rest in the fridge while you make the cream.
Cream:
400 ml of milk
2 egg yolks
1 vanilla sugar
3 tbsp starch
4 tbsp of sugar
20-30 ml of lemon juice
- cook and cool the cream.
Add lemon juice to the cooled mixture,
fill a piping bag with cream and squeeze it onto the dough in the interstices (
watch the video recipe for the entire procedure) Then arrange the fruit of your choice on the cream (peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, apples, forest fruits)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180* for 25 min.
No fan.
Cool the baked cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
