There is an internal memo dated 3/10/2012 for the Pdea director from Pdea investigation division about a confidential informant who personally reported to Pdea office in Quezon city reporting nefarious activities of BBM and also asking for approval of attached pre-operation report & authority to investigate, however, both reports were dated 3/11/2012. Morales allegations seem fictitious because dates were inconsistent, no control numbers, no names of team members, and lacks submittal of the informant’s accomplished information report form per Pdea standard procedure. This is consistent with pdea’s claims that there is no such reports because it would be known to other agents of informants presence in their office. How is it Morales doubted he signed the reports he produced? Why would Lisa Marcos and James Kumar confidential negotiator divulged their names and not worry about being recorded? Does not make sense. Too elementary and shallow to believe these allegations. Considering that China and ex Pres Duterte had a beef with BBM naturally they will be suspected as perpetrators
