Dahil sa channel mo kuya naisip ko tuloy na what if may dance community con or something basta sama-sama mga dancers/groups. Sa totoo lang nagwowork ako sa events agency and for someone na gumagawa ng proposal deck nahihirapan ako humanap ng talents na pasok sa budget ng client especially na sa isang event hindi lang naman talent ang ginagastusan so talagang dapat planuhin maigi ang proposal. So whenever i look for talents base lang ako sa internet, sobrang limited time lang talaga ang pagtatalent scouting pag proposal stage pa lang. So I think malaking tulong saming mga agencies magkaroon ng mga convention ng mga talents, like dancers/group, para makilala namin kayo at makakuha ng contact. Win-win situation satin yun. More contacts, more connections, more bookings in the future diba? Wala lang. Sharing my thoughts. Appreciate your content Kuya.👌
