Today i spoke with ponraj bro. I had a small discussion do upgrade audio for my vw vento. Ponraj bro explained that in a budget itselt u can get a great audio. He said all is a combo and processor. I think ur crossover and slope is incorrect for components... don't know which components u have but the low feq is too low for components... they will Crack at very high volume... just a suggestion reduce the crossover for components to 40/50/60 hz depending on ur componets printed low frequency.. with a 36 to 48 db slope and see the magic... at high volume.

Dear Arjun Thanks for the inputs . I explain the crossover and slope not for this particular car , it was general for all people who are trying first time dsp to set basic crossover and slope. Definitely while am doing tuning I used to change to change the slopes and crossover according to the vehicle acoustics and speaker parameters. In addition to , I have did gain level matching at 75% of volume using RTA mic , so there should be no point to crack even though you increase the volume and making the slope to 36 or 48 db , you will miss the mid bass response but agree it wont distort. Finally , audio is completely subjective from person to person , i used to tune according to my client requirement.

@@steeriscaraudio7803 My components range from 40hz to 40k hz. So I set components on my dsp at 40 hz with 48 db slope so that it doesnot cross lower than 35 k... Believe me It works like a charm just like an underseat woofer... it also deoesnot Crack at high volume...

FYI , this vehicle has a subwoofer . What's the point I have to cut the crossover below 80hz . I thought , you been only running the vehicle with components alone.

For your case , the thing which you done was fine , but first do gain level matching about 70 to 75 db for all your speakers and cut the slope at 12db and check the results.
