Pastor Nakiti was born the 4th of August, 1965 to Mr. Pea Vulivakarua Vuetaki and Mrs. Sera Rarawa. He hailed from Dakuiloa, Oneata, Lau and shared maternal links to the Mataqali Tavaga in the village of Dakuiloa.
His siblings some of which have passed on to glory are, Valekeve Kauvakayawa Vuetaki, Mosese Kotobalavu Vuetaki, Saimoni Vukeimaicake Vuetaki, Josefa Lasarusa Vuetaki, Ana Ledua, Uraia Daucakacaka Vuetaki and Akuila Senikau Vuetaki
Pastor Vuetaki received his primary education at Oneata District school before joining Gaunavou Mission School in Lakeba and completed his higher studies at Methodist Lay Training College(MLTC)
Pastor Nakiti married Sereima Vusonicewa of Lea, Navatu, Cakaudrove and together they five have children; Vunise Tayaga, Filipe Tawake, Sisa Tamani, Viliame Bale and Panapasa Vuetaki and eight grandchildren; Jone Taufa, Ruci Taufa, Rosi Taufa, Junior Taufa, Esther Joy Ima Bale, Israel Banabas Vuetaki, Gianna Louise Mua Bale and John Alexander Lemuel.
Pastor Vuetaki was passionate about winning souls for Jesus and dedicated his life to the call of God in ministry as he served extensive as a lay preacher in the Wainiqeleni Circuit then spent four years from 1991 to 1994 at Makogai Research Station the onto the Fishers of Man Training School. He is a mighty man of Faith in every aspect as his pastoral work spans over four decades notibly serving in places like Levuka, (2 years) Nasavusavu, Nalawa, Ra(7 years), Lomaivuna Naitasiri(8 years), EE training center(11 years), Nabila Church as a senior pastor(12 years), New Way International Fellowship(3 years).
