India is waging a never ending war against these drug dealers who target young Indian men and women. You are missing a big issue here which I did not point out in my first message. ..In the 1960s to the late 1980s, US intelligence actively supported cocaine, marijuana and other drug dealers in South American countries to smuggle drugs into USA. These drugs dealers later entered into politics and used the money they made to fund militant groups fighting against communism. After the collapse of Soviet Union, US intelligence no longer needed the support of these drug dealer turned south American politicians. So these drug dealers turned their attention to Europe and Asia, paying lots of money to politicians to legalize drugs. Many Asian countries like India, China, Singapore, Malaysia etc strongly resisted legalizing drugs. Countries like Afghanistan are main producers of drugs like opium. Pakistani intelligence (with strong connections with the Taliban) started smuggling large quantities of drugs from Afghanistan and heroin from Myanmar into India 'to destroy Hindu young men and women'...They have an extensive network of drug dealers all over India. India is waging a never ending war against these drug dealers who target young Indian men and women. Coming to the point, these so called 'night outs' are strongly favoured by these drug dealers who operate in the nights where young men and women gather. There are many books written on these issues. But Indian media does not give publicity as it might instill fear in Indian parents. This is the reason behind my first message.
