Isn't there extension towards the left cavernous sinus with narrowing and irregularity of the cavernous carotid artery flow void?

Good observations. Extending toward cavernous sinus, yes. But carotid was patent and flow void maintained. Benefit of being able to scroll through a stack of images, rathe than just one image.
