The verse is quoted in Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra (BPHS) is from Chapter 25, Verse 13, which is written in Sanskrit as follows: दुर्बलात्सितेन्दुकृतोपद्रवायां चन्द्रोपलं धारयेत्। यथा चन्द्रस्तथैव स्वपक्षे बलिष्ठश्चन्द्रमाः भवति॥ I can split the verse into individual words and translate them as follows: दुर्बलात् सितेन्दु कृत उपद्रवायाम् चन्द्र उपलम् धारयेत्। durbalāt sitendu kṛta upadravāyām candra upalam dhārayet. One should wear a pearl to ward off the troubles caused by a weak moon. यथा चन्द्रः तथैव स्व पक्षे बलिष्ठः चन्द्रमाः भवति॥ yathā candraḥ tathaiva sva pakṣe baliṣṭhaḥ candramāḥ bhavati. Just as the moon, so are the lunar months in one's own half strong. I hope this helps people 😀
