I’m really thankful that you are teaching how to read the stitches- very helpful!

This is the only nålbinding video I've found that I could actually follow and achieve a successful result. Every other one I've tried to follow has resulted in a complete mess. If you ever have the time, I would love to see a video about turning and working subsequent rows, and perhaps also working in the round. But thank you so much for this video!

I'm glad this video helped you! There are so many great videos on Nalbinding, but everyone learns a little differently and what works for one person doesn't always work for another. I wish I had the time to work on the follow up videos, hopefully some day soon!

Couldn't agree more. I have also watched many and while a few have been ok, this one was very good.

This is one of the better videos. Will you be showing how to join to work around in another video, soon?

Unfortunately no, around the time you made this comment I started a new job that took over all my time for making craft videos. I'm only just now making time to respond to comments on this channel. I wish I could return to making crafting videos and hope to do so at some point in the future.

This was so helpful! Thank you for explaining the stitch anatomy, I’ll have a much better sense of what I’m doing with this knowledge. ❤

I'm glad it was helpful, I originally filmed this video as an add on to an in person class, so I'm glad (and a little surprised) it is so helpful just on it's own.

Excellent video for beginners! There is such clear explanation and visual representation showing exactly what to look for. :) I'm not new to nalbinding but when I was learning, tutorials in English were nearly non-existant. I watched a Finnish person show me how she learned from her grandmothers :) This video has a great amount of information that beginners & people wanting to learn now are lucky to have available to them. The only thing I would ask you to add is a video on how to connect the stitches and work rows in the round as well as how to begin a round start for things like toe up socks, finger tips to wrist mittens or top down hats. Liked & subscribed. ^_^

Thank you for the kind feedback! I do have the raw footage for working in the round, but sadly do not have the time to process and upload it since I started a new job.

If you're making a bit thicker version of the 2+2, try 2+3 which makes it a little dense. You can join the ends of the previous row,either F1 (front 1 ,one new) or F2 (front 2,one new and one old).

Does anyone teach how to start the Danish stitch?
@solrhizaarts73488 ай бұрын
I haven't done Nalbinding in a while and often one stitch can have different names regionally, so I'm not sure which stitch you are talking about. If you haven't already, I would recommend checking out this site: www.en.neulakintaat.fi/ Good luck!

What’s the next video for this one?

Unfortunately I have not had the time to process and upload the follow up video to this one. I originally created this video for the students of a in person class I was teaching and ended up not needing the follow up video.

Good Information but, you repeat the same thing many times. That's very annoying.
