I am Circassian, and I love Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and Scottish history and culture so much. I find that our cultures similar a bit. Highlanders , warriors faced with empires for ages. Forgive me my poor English =))

I would like to make a friendly correction for the title of the video if it helps. word up there (Cherskess) is wrong. Actually, it should be Cherkess But if you want to refer to English it should be written "Circassian". Thanks for uploading videos from our homeland. I appreciate your effort. Please upload more Nalmes videos. I think West Circassians paid great attention to enhancing their physiques. Costumes were designed to enhance and highlight their broad chest and lean torso. I found East Circassians shorter and a bit chubby 🤣 Don't even ask me Chechens. just joking
