6 crores is way too expensive for this house. You could have constructed it much better just at 2 - 3 crores including the land value. You would get lavish interiors at around Rs 3000 - 3500/ sq feet. So for 5000 sq ft area it would have costed you Rs 1.5 - 1.75 cr. I have not considered the land value.

I have put the cost of entire site ... We have 2 2BHk house plus this 6bhk ... Totals upto to 7500sq feet to 8000 sq feet and house is not in village or something it's near ramdev hotel and prices here are upto 1 crore per gunta ... Please don't talk without knowing all the facts properly

Your small palace looks too exorbitant and prohibitive for any simple person of this poor country where millions live under no roof on their heads. When I saw the photo of Basavanna I remembered the lines from some of his vachanas' I learnt in my primary school curriculum which say "Tanna bannisa beda" and "Sthavarakkalivuntu Jangamakkalivilla'. These invariably reveal the principles of simplicity and purity of mind he practiced in life and preached to the world that people of our generation skip today from our agenda.
