Kindly see other districts, madurai has so much big hospitals like vellamal, meenakshi mission, arravind eye hospital upcoming AIIMs even Chennai don't have AIIMs, you told next to Chennai trichy is best in medical now you telling not compare, if i live in madurai i can't say my city is more developed than coimbatore accept what you have, don't get to over reactivate
