Good Morning. I am 74 years old and enjoy your videos. Well I have never been to a Gym in India but did Yoga. I only do physiotherapy now as I suffer from osteoporosis since past 6 years after a road accident.

Many will advise you not to bring winter clothes from India because they wont be enough. Just bring one or two of your best ones and buy the others in Norway. I guess Arvind has a video about this topic. Indian winters are nothing like in Norway and so Indian clothes will not work there.

Surely, the hygiene routine is better than India and it should be appreciated everywhere now after covid. It seems they have maintained the temperature for every indoor facility and buildings, which is nice to see. Overall this video is a nice addition to the video series on life in norway.

For the abs, there are loads of it and some are fun. As you love to do leg workouts, you can actually start with kicks. I am from martial arts background and I have seen great improvements in the abdominal areas with just kicks. The side kick works on the sides (especially holding it), the Round House works on all areas, the front kick will affect your front abs, etc. I mean these aren't direct ab exercises but really helps. The knee kick from Muay Thai can be one of the best kicks for ab workout. The usual ab exercises are boring and so these will help you in your overall routine but also will greatly work on your abs. But yes, do ask someone from the gym if they can teach these kicks to you. Or wait till I come to Oslo. hehe.

Looking very fit, and here are some tips from my side. Your abs are present, you just need to lose the fat layer on the abs. You just need to drop your body fat and your abs will be much visible. You do exercises related to abs, when you want to make your abs thick or large, if you want to have abs, then it is simple, eat low carbs, low fat, and high protein meals and everything will be good to go.
