I got my Canadian PR and moved to Vancouver, Canada after deciding against Norway and Germany bcoz I had already completed my Masters in India and I wanted a job rather than having to immigrate on student Visa. In Norway you will get TR in first staus,if you will spend 3 years you will be able to get PR ,after 7 years you have to pass Norwegian language test and your annual income will guarantee for citizenship.

Germany is better. Life is depressing in Norway because there's no sun for 9 months and snowing all day. Most of Norwegian people also eat medicines of vitamin D to compensate lack of sunshine. Germany is very beautiful. Germany also has no speed limit roads known as autobahn.
